No words......but I'll try

Camp this year was AWESOME!!!!!!

O.K....I'm done........

just kidding!

Before we even left, Chelsei and I agreed to pray and fast at a particular time during camp for a particular thing. And, God did not disappoint. Does he ever?! NO!

Sis Cox from GA was our evangelist. She did an outstanding job. I had heard such wonderful things about her from my parents. And, she was true to their word. A great lady!

I don't even know how many experience's there were but there were many. Each night was special, but Wednesday night goes down in the history books (figure of speech). Our young people truly sought the Lord for hours!!! I'm so thankful that I got to experience with my eyes those that are quiet and usually sit back and "watch", get right in there and step out of their comfort zones to receive from the Lord. I saw a determination in them that was truly a blessing. If you are reading this and you were one of those seeking the Lord, DONT STOP!!!!!! I expect to hear and see you going to those "higher heights and deeper depths" with the Lord.

Oh, and the young ones. They were such a blessing as well. We had an 8 year old to receive the Holy Ghost! Simply amazing! God does not look at age.....just a pure willing heart! Thank you, Jesus!

Praise the Lord for all that was accomplished and for what He still has for our young people!!!!!

So much going on

The week before camp. Yep, we leave this coming up Sunday. Well, me and the kids that is. Steve couldn't get off work because he's taking a week off in a couple of weeks to go to mom & dad's regional convention and then on to Disney World. We are taking a big family vacation and gonna go see Mickey and Minnie. The four of us. My mom and dad and my brother and his family. I can't wait!!!!!

So, I'm doing something at youth camp this year that I've never done before. Fun time and Fellowship time. Should be fun! I've done other things. I've been a counselor. I've taught numerous classes. And you know if you've ever worked in camp, when your there, you end up doing a little of everything. It's great!

Morgan is going as a camper and Chandler is going to do recreation for the Junior Campers. I'm excited to see how he does with those little ones. I just know it's gonna be a great camp. I want our young people to be blessed and receive just what they need from the Lord. Grant it, Lord Jesus!

I found out yesterday that I'm on the State Convention program to preach. WHAT?! WOW! Yeah.............AT THIS TIME IF EVERYONE WILL GET ON THEIR KNEES..... Haha! Just kidding, not really! The Lord has already begun to give inspiration. I truly want to be an empty vessel so He can pour in HIs Will....not mine!

Speaking of preaching, Sis. Easton had asked me months ago to come to Murfreesboro yesterday to minister. She and Bro. Eaton were gonna be out of town and she wanted Steve and I to help out with the service. So, of course, we did. We had a wonderful service. The Lord was truly present. I even got a really nice surprise. Just before service began, I look back and my mom and Chelsei come walking through the door. Then a few minutes later, after parking the truck, in walks my dad. It warmed my heart. Really! They came to be with us. Awwwwww! Aren't they just the greatest?! I love those people! When I grow up, I want to be just like my parents. I cherish them! It was great being with them. All three of them. I hadn't seen them in weeks. They were all at BTI so it just put the icing on the cake for them to be there.

After service, we all went to eat some good ole Mexican food. Rick and Les met up with us and we just had a grand time. Family......I've got the best!

have a great day yall.......This is the day that the Lord hath made!!!!

It doesn't take much.....

My sister in law gave me this discount card to have my carpets professionally cleaned. I think she or my mother in law used this company. I also read on someone's facebook status that they had used this company and were very pleased. So, I gave them a call. They came out this morning to give me an estimate. After all the measuring, they gave me the total and said that they could do it today. Woohoo! I called Steve and he said, " if they need it...yes". Well, they definitely need it. I cannot believe I'm going to admit this especially because of my obsession with cleanliness but here goes.....

We have lived in this house for 5 years. I have cleaned my carpets once! YUCK! And, I did not have it done professionally. I used Lynn's carpet cleaner. So, to say the least, I'm so excited. The guy is here right now. YAH!

Every summer, my neighborhood has a huge yard sale. It's the best time to have one because I don't have to do the advertising. They do it. And, house after house is participating so it makes for a really good turn out. This Friday and Saturday is that time. Lynn and I are gonna participate. I hope to do well. I'm gonna go through closets and such and dig out everything I possibly can. Hope it goes well.

Bless the Lord!

June 3, 1989

Exactly 20 years ago today, I became one with the one God chose for me. When Bro Dupre said....."I now pronounce to you, Mr & Mrs. Steve Fox".....I was one happy chick. And to this very day.....I am still, one happy chick. There are NO words to describe how grateful and thankful I am to the Lord for answering my parents prayer in the form of Steve Fox. They truly prayed him into my life. The last 20 years have been wonderful. Seriously, wonderful! You wanna know the secret?!

The LORD!

He is the center of my life. He is the center of Steve's life. He is the center of our marriage. Simple as that!

That's the key to any marriage, not just ours. We love HIM, which makes our love for each other that much sweeter. I adore Steve. He is an amazing man, husband and father.

God has truly smiled upon me!
