I'm Back!!!!

Well, after a vacation from blogging I've decided to return. Simply because I really enjoy it. It's fun! I could go into why I stopped for a while but that really does not matter and God holds the record. So, here goes.....There's really no way to go back and catch you guys up on the last several months so I'll just start with Christmas. It was GREAT!!! I got good stuff. Steve and the kids got me a new set of much needed pots and pans. (thanks to the help of Lynn). I've already made my first pot of potato soup...yum, yum.

My kids had a very blessed Christmas as well. Morgan got her green digital camera and Chandler got his Thompson Chain Study Bible.

Christmas Eve was spent at my mom & dad's this year...thank the Lord. I say thank the Lord because last year in the history of my entire life we had to have it at my Nanny's house because Bradley was not in the condition to leave my Nanny's. But, this year, the Lord has helped him to progress to the point that we were all back at momma's and it was wonderful. We have a tradition that I read the Christmas story from the Bible and then we get in a circle, hold hands and each tell what we are thankful for in the past year. When we got to Bradley's turn and asked him what he was thankful for he pointed to all of us and said "yall". Man, you talkin about ripping your heart out. It was precious. We truly do have much to be thankful for! We are "expecting" God to do much, much more for Brad in 2008. I praise the Lord in advance for the miracle!!!!

Speaking of 2008....it will be here in about 2 hours and 8 minutes. I am sitting here in my P.J.'s. Will I make it until midnight? My family says no. I'm not much of a night owl. This time last night I was already in bed. I'm really expecting 2008 to be great though. Hey, that sounds cool, huh...."Great in 08"

My desire for 08 is to be ALL the Lord desires for me to be. I don't really have new years resolutions, not really, just a closer walk with the Lord, walking in His spirit everyday. I want to be a better wife and mother. I want to Love others the way Jesus does.

So, I hope I'm welcomed back into blog land by you guys.
